Understanding and Managing Fear and Anxiety

In times of transition and uncertainty it is very natural to experience anxiety. We will discuss the neurobiology of fear and offer simple exercises that allow us to reconnect to a sense of safety and stability in difficult times. The evening will consist of a short talk followed by gentle applied exercises and suggested resources that can be used after the class for self-practice.
